BrainLove began with a simple observation: people facing concerns about memory, thinking, and brain health for themselves or a loved one often feel lost long before they ever receive a diagnosis.

Over more than twenty years caring for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other conditions of brain aging, Dr. Dani Cabral saw the same pattern again and again. Patients struggled to access specialized care. Families were left to navigate complex decisions with little guidance. Important questions went unanswered. Even when a diagnosis was made, many people were left wondering what came next.
