NEW! Family Adaptation Program
This first-of-its-kind personalized program co-led by Dr. Cabral and Melissa Lewis-Duarte, PhD, integrative wellness coach, combines expertise in brain aging and neurodegenerative disease with therapeutic approaches in building sustainable stress management and self-care practices that support long-term well-being. This program lasts about 4 months.
